For new build projects, large or small, our trained and experienced staff can undertake landscaping and ground works, taking them from plans to completion. Whether you are a large regional company, or a small local business, we can perform landscaping and other services for any size of location or site. We specialise in kerbs, drainage and paving; we have our own diggers, tractors, and other specialised vehicles, that we have built up over our many years of experience in the industry. Any materials needed can be brought by us to the site, any preparation and levelling of land can be undertaken, and we have skilled joiners to provide fencing and timber works as needed.

Our landscaping team will work with you to design the perfect area for your needs, and our teams’ professional experience will then be used to bring the project to completion. G & A Maintenance have performed work on all sizes of land, from small kerbsides and open lawns, to large estates with many acres of developed environments and wild vegetation.

Childrens Play Area

We have many years experience maintaining public outside spaces, creating enjoyable and safe areas for families and children to play. All paths and fences will be kept in a safe state of repair, and we will clear any weeds and keep grassy areas well mowed. Play equipment can be erected or installed, and we can design and create sand pits using only child-safe play sand. Planters and borders can be made to fit any area by our experienced joiners, and we can undertake repairs of any timber structures.



Caravan Park

Camping and caravan sites

We undertake any level of maintenance at caravan and camping sites, and carry all necessary ride on machinery for larger areas, in addition to the usual box mowers, strimmers and small machines, to maintain the site to a high standard. We fully understand each park has their own needs and requirements which we can accommodate. In addition we can offer groundworker/joinery services which park owners and managers find useful for paving, timber repairs, etc. We have digger and dumper vehicles, and can install caravan bases. G&A also offer sewage services and drains repairs, and have trained operatives for any excavation work.
